Greetings, and thank you for visiting the American Brick Association of America or A.B.A.A. for short. We can only accept PayPal at this time. Orders ship via the United States Postal Service within 36 hours of payment. Now shipping to Canada! If you ever have a problem with your order, please contact us before giving Negative or Neutral Feedback. You have our promise that we will do our best to make it right. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
Invoiced orders will stay open for 7 days. If you have not paid within 7 days of A.B.A.A. sending the invoice, the order will be cancelled. Arrangements can be made, just be sure to let us know. We will send reminders before the 7th day.
YOUR ORDER: Your order will ship from A.B.A.A. within 36 hours of payment (not including weekends and holidays). If you would like each lot to be individually bagged for easy access on delivery, please choose that shipping option during checkout. Note, just because you do not choose the 'Each Lot Individually Packed' shipping option, does not mean we will pack all of your parts into 1 bag. We pack all orders respectfully to make it as easy on you as possible. Orders ship in a box or padded envelope. We also recycle and reuse as much packaging as possible to do our part for the environment.
On a very rare occasion an ordered part may have been misidentified or cannot be located, you will be contacted before your order ships. You can choose to have the missing part or parts refunded or replaced or you can choose to cancel the order for a full refund. If you choose to cancel the order, we will not hold that against you and leave negative feedback. We would like to ask that if you decide to cancel that you do not leave us negative feedback as well.
CONDITION OF PARTS : All items available in our store are in very good to brand new condition, unless otherwise stated in the description box. New does not always mean perfect. We all know LEGO® packages many parts into single bags. Scratches and scuffs can occur to new parts. We take new parts directly from LEGO® packaging and place into storage. New parts are handled as little as possible.
POSITIVE FEEDBACK will indicate you have received your order, are satisfied and the order will be considered complete at that time. All of the stores here in BrickOwl rely on Positive Feedback from you to grow. Please leave Feedback once you have marked your order Complete. If you feel you need to leave Neutral or Negative Feedback, please contact us before doing so. Please try not to give Negatve or Neutral Feedback for something that can be easily fixed with a little patience. If we have made a mistake, we will fix it.
POSITIVE FEEDBACK from the A.B.A.A will be left as soon as we ship. We do not hold your feedback hostage waiting on you to give us Positive Feedback.
SHIPPING DELAYS ARE POSSIBLE: Shipping delays are part of "THE NEW NORMAL" (yes, I hate that term too). We promise to ship your order within 36 hours of payment, but once that package is in the hands of the United States Postal Service, it is out of our control. We send the tracking number via email and you can also see it on your order after we mark it as shipped. Please feel free to track your package anytime at...www.USPS.com .
RETURN POLICY: NO RETURNS unless a mistake was made on your order by A.B.A.A. If a mistake occurs, A.B.A.A. will pay for the return shipment and a refund will be applied accordingly for the parts and cost of shipping.
PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER: I can and have made mistakes. It's rare, but it happens. If we miss something on your order or short you on a part, let me know and I will send your missing parts or give you a refund, but please let us know within 14 days of receiving the package.
US BUYERS: Orders with weights 0-15 ounces will ship via the USPS First Class-Commercial. Orders over 15+ ounces will ship USPS Priority Mail and an invoice will be sent for payment before shipping.
SALES TAX: Depending on your region, we (or Bricklink) will charge sales tax which will be added to the grand total price. Sales tax will be calculated for the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
